My meals are done and all cleaned up!
I made the chicken with basic seasonings in the pot so I could change the flavors for multiple dishes.
While the chicken was in the #instantpot I made a spinach frittata in the oven, sautéed spinach and 3 sauces for my meals. - Salsa sautéed with onions with cilantro - tomato sauce with mushrooms and Italian seasonings - folded some of the chicken in a bowl with ginger garlic soy and balsamic.
No actual recipes... I know... sorry!!! I see recipes all over and they inspire flavor combinations for me and I go with it! I try to keep it to just a few clean ingredients so I know I’m eating healthy! 🤗

Pm crew... I might be alone but I’m going for it! Haha the tough part is the After workout meal... I don’t want fruit this late at night so I’m doing half scoops of recover and recharge and I’ll eat my yogurt with fruit in the morning. Today was easier for me since it was not all in plank position... haha 😱 between struggling with planks and my pinky is still messed up it’s kinda hard so I do the plank position up against the wall or on the floor on my forearms if it’s not a push-up. ❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓❓

Anyone else doing PM workouts with 80DO? Any meal timing ideas?
