Last night we celebrated 3 years together. We have had highs and lows, we have learned and we have grown... and there is no other person I’d rather have by my side for adventures (and cheeseburgers). Love you @thedannybravo 😘

A few years I read an article that interviewed @bryce_gilmore about using blood as a replacement for eggs in ice cream. And since then it has sparked my curiosity. 🍪
These are eggless oatmeal chocolate, subbing duck blood for eggs, no cocoa powder. And the texture is 👌👌👌.
Always fun when we do a special event at work and I get to play around with stuff I usually don’t get to do. English muffins and Sweet potato chocolate chip muffins. ☕️
7 years ago today...this was the first pastry I made that wasn’t from a box mix... 3 months later, I started culinary school. Blown away at how much I’ve learned and grown, and the crazy journey it’s been! 🤯

The best Christmas present I got this year is seeing my grandma’s health and spirits doing soooo much better!
After recovering from a broken hip and battling an invasive skin cancer with medicine that affected her appetite and memory for the last year, she is more or less back to her old self at 93! 2 months ago she was so out of breath and tired, she depended on a wheelchair a lot, and was not eating much. Now she is speeding around with her walker, has her normal appetite back, her memory is better, and her spirit is higher. I couldn’t be more grateful to have spent this Christmas making more great memories with her and @thedannybravo.... and yes, she did finish that whole cinnamon roll.
