Work was crazy the past two days. So I had to skip gym time. 😒 But I’m back.
Going to start post my more lifting vids. I mean my name is powder lifts. Thanks for keeping up fam. 🙏
Week three of Thick Thighs.
Progress has been made!! More definition in my thighs, and they are also getting slightly vascular.
These workouts suck. But totally worth it. Always better to push through and see the results then give up and get nothing.
Simple but true. Have a great Monday folks.
Form not so on point. But triceps are.
For my push days. I usually focus on bench/triceps.
Then pull days. I usually focus on deadlift/back and biceps.
I like to hit bench and triceps On the same day. Don’t know why but It’s my favorite way to do push days.

Today was the Crossfit day.
20 minutes on stairs
AMRAP (10 minutes)
10 Air squats
5 front squats
8 box jumps
5 hang cleans to thruster.
Freaking terrible. But totally different. I haven’t done Crossfit for years and it’s a great change to do at least one type of Crossfit workout each week.

It’s hard to spread light sometimes. Ya know with everything that goes on in your day to day life.
