As we prepare for our holiday break, we wanted to leave y'all with a few "Last Words"...
1. We're taking a holiday break! The tasting room will be closed beginning Friday, December 22nd through the new year. Make sure to stop by and get your bottle of Amer beforehand. We will be around today and tomorrow until 5pm for bottle sales in case our normal hours don't work for you.
2. You might find us in the French Quarter tomorrow night celebrating the release of our Amer. It's your job to figure out when and where...
3. We used equal parts Amer, gin, maraschino liqueur, and fresh lemon juice for this great riff on a Last Word. #boozeclues#staytuned#funkisflavor#whoneeds130
(EASTER) BRUNCH PUNCH.
1 part Roulaison Pot Distilled Rum
1.5 parts pineapple juice
0.5 parts elderflower liqueur
0.25 parts lime juice.
Finish with 2.5 parts sparkling rosé.
Try it with Big Easy Bucha's Pineapple Elderflower Kombucha if you want to feel a slightly less alcoholic version.
