The famous saying that your life is only as good as your mindset is something I think about daily!
You have the choice each & everyday to wake up & take the positive road.
So my health & fitness is everything to me, it’s my life, my lifestyle, my job & everything that surrounds me. I encourage it & love to see those around me get as excited about it as I do. But I also see so many people make excuses rather than decisions. Sure some things in life aren’t easy & they are challenging & at times yes you will need to work a little harder, but the outcome of your decision will be truly more rewarding than your excuse. Make a decision, stick to it & believe in it, don’t make excuses. Yes, you can do it ✌🏼
For the last two weeks I’ve had a back injury which lead me to make the decision to take a week or so off my training.... (anyone that knows me knows I’m currently 😩🤦🏻♀️)
Buuut, while I allow my body & brain some time to recover, I’m making smarter choices about my situation. Lowering my calorie intake & making extremely healthy decisions about my meals, allowing active recovery & spending some more time outdoors walking & enjoying my favourite place by the beach, swimming, getting acupuncture & fitting in some stretching & yoga.
You make your own choices & your own decisions, how you chose to embrace those decisions for a better outcome is entirely up to you! 👌🏼🙏🏼💫

Raw vegetables have so many more benefits than cooked vegetables. Eating raw helps in containing all of the vegetables nutrients. Zucchini is very high in vitamin C, vitamin A, assists with your dietary fibre plus loads more 🙌🏼 give it a go, promise it’s really good 💚
Even on the days where you don’t feel like it, get up & get it done 👊🏼 whether it’s 30mins, 40mins or longer, the most important thing you can do in your day is fit in your workout 🙌🏼 not only is it beneficial physically but also mentally. It doesn’t have to be an intense crazy workout, it’s just important to get yourself moving 💪🏼💙
