However, refraining from enjoying delicious traditional Christmas meals with your loved ones most likely will make a difference in your overall enjoyment of this festive season, so choose wisely, truly enjoy the occasional treats during the holidays without any bad conscience and enjoy how your healthy lifestyle does not dictate your diet all 365 days a year! 💪🏼
