Wishing athlete @lil_rebel_mma the best of luck during the second phase of her fight preparation @americantopteam . Over the last month her attitude towards self improvement has been second to none.

Second year in a row attending the @plae_us conference in Sydney. It was a packed line up of speakers and also a great time catching up with some friends and making many new ones. Had to take a picture with and give thanks to @rmckeefery for making events like these happen and for truly supporting the development of the people involved in this field.
If you told me a year ago that I’d work with a group of amazing fighters in America, get to learn from, visit, host and become friends with one of the best coaches in the field, move out of home, get the opportunity to corner in the UFC, look after the performance program of one of the countries best combat athletes, re visit competition personally and meet great people along the way; I would’ve said bring it on. That was 2017.
Cheers to 2018.
Being in the private sector means working with general populations l, and I love applying sound principles to everyone. Safe to say Carlo gave up the Adobo Chicken.

My first shred: 12 weeks with @meer_awny
Been training with this guy for close to 2 years now. So many milestones were reached, PBs broken and brisket eaten. But the best part about it:
I learnt the importance of setting quantifiable goals.
Nothing beats setting an aspiration, working towards it, then walking up to the platform and lifting!
What a week at the Gold Coast. Had the pleasure to catch up with a dear friend and show him my turf as well as improve all aspects of my coaching at the ASCA conference.
Big thank you to @danbakerstrength_ and especially @lorenlandow for being great advisors this year. Surrounding yourself with the right people is important and these guys have given me great help when ever needed.
