My first session back from vacation. It did not go well. 505 x 5 moved really really slowly. Not even The Lab shirt helped me. I am starting to believe the 9 lbs I lost from the flu wasn't only fat. Well time to build back up again.
I am flying to South Africa in two days. I will be in Cape Town from the 15th through the 21st. I am looking for a place to train. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Squat session was interesting. On my last warm up at 405, my @22ndstbarbell shorts blew out. Instead of calling it a day and channelling my inner @andrewchinpowerlifting. I decided to channel my inner @lumbersean and roll with it. Here is my first set of 535 x 3. I am rocking my @intelligentstrength shirt from Austria and you can see what underwear I have on.
