They way we talk to ourselves matters! We must get rid of our internal enemies that tell us that we are not good enough, we are ugly, we are fat, we are failures,etc. If we are constantly telling ourselves these negative messages the more likely we will believe the people around us on the outside throwing negativity at us. We must talk to ourselves with love, compassion, and positive messages. I am happy, I am strong, I am beautiful, I am successful, I am loved! Build a strong 💪 positive Foundation on the inside so any outside negativity cannot penetrate our hearts 💕 and soul! If we cannot love and accept ourselves it makes it impossible to accept love ❤️ from others! Make it a point to say 3 positive messages to yourself each day when you wake up and look in the mirror. Hmmm I haven’t practiced pull ups in a while! Thank goodness for muscle memory as I can still to at least 5. I have a new goal to get to 20. Practice, practice , practice! Thanks to my girls that tried at least one even though they didn’t want to. You never know unless you try. You can’t improve or move forward if you say “I can’t”.
