🌴🌴🌴Palm tree paradise 🌴🌴🌴
I spent my last day in San Andres island hopping (Jhonny Cay and Hayes Cay) both with amazing views but tons of people.
What happens when the Cays are closed for a few days due to bad weather? The day they open it’s gonna be swamped with people! Anyways... nothing that can’t be fixed with some positive attitude and a piña colada ;)
~No filter paradise~
Colombia 🇨🇴 is one of my favorite destinations, no matter where you go, landscapes are amazing and people are beyond welcoming.
San Andrés is a massive tourism spot and even though I’m not comfortable in places swamped with people I got to see incredible beaches and enjoy the ocean.
Since I wasn’t able to go to Providencia I think I’ll have to come back ;) plus, I’ve heard of some awesome places I haven’t been yet.
I’m already missing the Caribbean and I’ll be posting pictures for a while #sorrynotsorry ❤️
If I think of fun I go back to Jimmy’s bar and this place. Check my stories to see the “after” of this picture 😆✌️
Third day exploring the island. West view is the perfect place for snorkeling and relaxing on the island. Jimmy’s bar is chill and not crowded, enjoy a Club Colombia and an amazing sunset ;) •
Hello 👋 from beautiful Colombia! As I’m writing this, I’m eating a delicious arepa and drinking some amazing coffee :). But not everything is perfect! My Catamaran to Providencia was canceled and now I have to figure it out if I’m gonna stay in San Andres or, if I’m lucky, find a flight to Providencia.
San Andrés is quite a party place and it just not my vibe :( so I’m really hopeful about getting out of here soon, if not, I’ll have to re think plans yikes!! Send good vibes :) •
Oh! And check my stories! Sunset yesterday was AWESOME!
For those who asked me how it’s like to be a woman traveling solo. •it’s fun•
I started traveling solo when I realized that I couldn’t wait for someone to have the time and same motivation as me to discover a place, I also realized that as much as I wanted to share these experiences with someone I had no one to turn to, so it was my time to plan adventures for me. In the end, every single solo adventure has been full of wonderful surprises; I not only discovered amazing places but also had the chance to meet wonderful people. It turns out that even though you’re alone you end up meeting people who are in the same situation as you and sometimes you just click :) •be safe• I’m not afraid of traveling solo and I don’t think you should be afraid, we just have to be careful, don’t let anything stop you, just take precautions as you would normally do and go out there, there’s a whole world waiting for you, you’d be a fool to miss it.
It’s been a tough week and when that happens I remember a place and stay there, at that memory, for a while. ::::::
This picture takes me back to Sajama National Park, I had barely slept and we went rock climbing and afterwards we took a hike, I was so tired at the end of the day but also so happy! being outdoors makes me happy, I know that now.
•This is heaven•
🔝Travel inspiration -> Salar de Uyuni is a place that will leave you speechless, if you want to see it flooded this is your chance, best season to visit it is December through February.
Walking into this new week like 💃🏽✨
Just wanted to remind you that if you’re planning a trip to #SucreBolivia you’ll find some tips on the blog (link in bio).
Don’t miss San Felipe Neri (perfect views!)
Hiking was not always a passion for me, two years ago I wouldn’t walk a mile; but people change and I changed and discovered something that sets my mind at ease.
Here at 5130 masl at Campamento Alto Huayna Potosi.
Big shoutout to @mateolarry and Wanderlust591 who organized perfectly this day.
