Reposy from @hiphopandanimevibes - 🎨 from @marcusthevisual - Digital warm up for the day featuring a Boondock's character that didn't make it to the animated show, but was a main character in the comic strip, Caesar in his early 20's. (Retconned origin based on the TV show) Upon meeting Huey Freeman at local Malcolm X festival (where he was handing out pamphlets that summed up what Malcolm actually stood for those too discouraged to read his biography), the two hit it off right away becoming fast friends. Having much in common, Caesar felt that Huey could benefit from a new approach to his burdened message. Music.
While hesitant at first, Huey was persuaded to allow Caesar the chance to compose a rap song that summed up his recent soap box speech about the political status of this country. With Caesar's lyrical skill and knowledge of music production, the two were able to compose a YouTube music video (Directed in part by Riley of course) that gained them some internet fame and a bit of local admiration from other frustrated youth.
Unfortunately, it also made them a target from a certain man in black that hasn't shown his face in many years, the White Shadow. His sudden appearance is a shock to Caesar, but expected to Huey, and the two are threatened to end their short lived music career, or else. Hard choices must be made before an ultimate show down arrives at both of their doorsteps. More to come, Peace ya'll.

Repost from @allhiphopcom - @unclerush Russell Simmons vehemently asserts his innocence in a recent allegation that he raped a woman back in 1991. The rap mogul, known these days for his veganism and penchant for Yoga, denounced a new L.A. Times reported, detailing the exploits of Russell Simmons and Brett Ratner.
A number of new women have come forward against Brett Ratner in the new report by the L.A. Times, which alleged Simmons raped a 17-year-old model in his Manhattan apartment in 1991.
Keri Claussen Khaligh claims Simmons tried to rip off her clothes and force her to have intercourse, and when she refused, he allegedly coerced her into oral sex.
From there, Khaligh claimed she took a shower, when the Def Jam co-founder allegedly briefly penetrated her while her back was turned, allegedly without her consent.
In a statement to AllHipHop.com, Russell Simmons said that the charges levied against him are patently false. "Let me be crystal clear and very direct. Abusing women in any way shape or form violates the very core of my being,” Russell Simmons said.
