I am coming off a 4 day break from my workouts after a sciatica flare up. It was really hard to choose to get my workout in today! Was my body ready? Yes. My mind? No way. You have heard that little voice before right? Just take one more rest day. Just do part of it. Wait until later. You can skip it this time.
Well guess what? My kids were so excited for me to get back to my workouts today. Ella couldn't wait to work out with me (😍🤔💩😂). Issac told me he was proud of me but that I had work to make up (🔥😣😉😍). Here is the thing you guys, they are paying attention! They will follow in our footsteps. I’m starting a challenge with a group of busy women with hectic schedules who are all looking to get back in shape. The group is going to incorporate fitness and nutrition, plus peer support with everyone on the same journey together. Best part is, no one needs to leave their home to complete the program. .

Family is so important to me. I am especially thankful for evenings like this. Even though my parents divorced when I was a teen, they still have a respectful relationship with each other. Both of my parents have moved on and found fantastic partners and all of them have a good relationship with each other. I am so thankful that the 10 of us can hang out like we did tonight. I am thankful for the dinners and fun and laughs we share as one crazy, goofy blended family! Most of all, I'm thankful that our kids can see all 4 of them together! 🎉💚🎉💚🎉
I'm not even a full time stay at home mom 😂😂 Today was one of those days I just kinda ran in circles and didn't get much done 😶🤔 I did however get plenty of snuggles and kisses. Oh and a big thanks to @dgoad82 for making me a yummy dinner! 😊🍽🍲
