First day to do nothing in FOREVER. You bet I made french toast for breakfast in bed 😍 used egg whites, vanilla @nutpods and @slapnutrition streusel donut protein powder as the batter and topped with lots of cinnamon and organic maple syrup 🥞 looking forward to a day of unwinding 🙌🏼

No better post-workout combo than this!! Biting into a PB&J and rehydrating with @liquidiv is the best way to go. Y’ALL. @hungryroot has changed the meal prep game x100. They have the best sauces and supper fun, prepped veggies. I’m in heaven 😍 made some cranberry curry chicken salad with a raw veggie slaw, snap peas & sweet potato chunks 🙌🏼 it was so light & fresh and hit the spot!
Nothing beats Monday morning simplicity. After going NONSTOP for what feels like weeks- I finish my first semester of grad school this week AND I’m taking 5 days off of work for the holidays. 🎉🎉 While I’ve been eating good foods and working out a ton- I haven’t been healthy. My mind hasn’t gotten a break and I’m constantly stressed. Excited to reflect on this year and make 2018 the best one yet!!

Best gift for a foodie to give? More food!!
