Sunday is my favorite workout day - but so is Monday and Tuesday and Friday 💁🏻. Do you make appointments to take care of yourself ? That's why people hire trainers - not because they can't workout alone - when schedule an appointment with your trainer you tend not to cancel ! You're never to old and it's never too late to be brand new . 4 years ago I made a decision that I never thought would have such a profound impact on my life and what was a head for me. As a personal trainer and health coach I love helping people be their best and have maintained a comfortable balance of clients for the past 18 years . I always thought about retirement and having a steady source of income .
When I first heard about beachbody and the coaching opportunity I was very skeptical. I was much older than most of the other coaches so many of them young moms professional women some of them from the corporate world. How could a grandmother that knows nothing about social media , wasn't too savvy with the computer possibly be the boss of my own online health and fitness business.
I soon learned all it would take was the desire to learn something new , the willingness step out of your comfort zone that I was in for the last 18 years and start an online business. Beachbody has given me a sense of purpose. I am part of a large team of amazing women that love helping others get healthy and fit . I have a team of my own, I travel, meet amazing women my age and younger , who I continually learn from. My personal growth in the past four years has been tremendous. I am able to help so many people with my online coaching as well as help my team build their business. Because of this opportunity I have residual income, a business I can run from my desk at home , along with the freedom and flexibility to spend time with my grandchildren . The decision I made four years ago has helped me get in the best shape of my life at a time when I was ready to give up on my own health and fitness.

After a day of packing about 24 boxes I needed a break . I did eat healthy , and got my workout in too after I finished a morning of training with my clients .... super grandma 💪🏼- must be my nutrient dense shake everyday !!! 💁🏻

Everyday for the past 4 years I've been drinking my powerbomb of nutrients . Today it's vegan vanilla with 1/4 banana , cashew milk and some extra chia and flax seeds . Delish ! Along with clean eating 80/20 I have not been sick - (didn't get the flu shot ). I've been run down - caught a stomach bug a few times - been under the weather but fortunately have not been sidelined with a bad cold or thankfully the flu . Sleep is super important as well . So at the first sign of something - out comes the pot and here comes some chicken soup - it's the only medicine I need . Prevention is key to longevity . It's been a rough 3 weeks - big changes happening and my mind and body are out of balance . Through it all I continue make healthy eating and exercise a priority although difficult . Glad to have #BOD to motivate me . I have clients That depend on me to motivate them and set an example of not giving in when life gets in the way . I have to remind myself to " be still " and let things fall into place 💁🏻
