My way of seeing what meditation, mindfulness, forest bathing and yoga actually is.
We want to find back to were we ones was as kids, when life was easy and no worries.
What we are looking for is meditation, to make that intellect/monkey in our mind stop talking so we can focus on the things happening here right were we are. Mindfulness has different ways and methods to easy reach a good meditation. And yoga has mindfulness in its self combined with body movement and stretching, witch release tension in our muscles made from stress.
Forest bathing/shinrin yoko also has mindfulness in it, but you put it in nature, and use natures power to help you calm down and heal. :) So if u want the ultimate stress reliever it would be mindful yoga in nature?
