°| Last night we hosted 6 of our supporters for the first #foodparsuburbia supper club. They were awesome at capturing the meal while we made each course right before it was served. This was the beginning.
I wasn't sure what to expect pairing eggplant and lentils together. Had some left over lentils and decided to try this eggplant lentil lasagna. This is my first time cooking eggplant and I was pleasantly surprised at how it turned out!
