Starting each day with gratitude 🙏 and feeling it with your ❤️ actually increases serotonin in your body ( the feel good neurotransmitter) most of which is made in your gut! So gratitude 🙏 helps your gut! Interesting right! ❤️❤️❤️ it sounds cheesy and cliche but it really does work and setting yourself up with this practice in the morning makes for a completely different day! 🌈🦋🎈💪🏻🥗 so what are you grateful for? Don’t just say it but FEEL it xx 😘
This morning I slept 🛏 in ! I had big plans. But I rolled over and slept for another hr.... so as a result I didn’t have a whole lot of time to do my morning rituals🙏💪🏻. So when I finally woke up I sat up in bed & Meditated🤫 for 10 mins . Then wrote ✍️down what I’m grateful for. Then dusted off my mat ( it’s been in retirement for the last 6 mths) and did 10 mins worth of yoga. Now I feel a whole lot better. It took 22 mins. I could have done it in 10 if I needed to.
My point. Just because you sabotage yourself doesn’t mean you sabotage yourself the whole way. Course correct💪🏻❤️. Make adjustments. No judgments .If you’re feeling crappy know what those things are the morning that are going to make you feel better! ❤️
From Farm to plate! I went to the @sagefarmersmarket Moruya farmers Markets yesterday then went home and got creating 🔪🍲some dairy free pesto and Home made crackers! So yum 😋 ❤️ 😋 @sallyminato this is what I had in the oven yesterday when you came over
Happy New Year wellness lovers ! 🎆🎈🎊 I was actually in bed by 10.30 last night as I’m looking after my Mum and I woke up so super early🧘♀️💪🏻💥 . I did do a full moon ceremony 🌕 last night though which is what I’m doing here. Have you spent the time creating what vision for the year looks like for you? Its not something that need to be added to the to do list but an absolute non negotiable if you want to create something amazing for yourself this year. It starts with declaring what you want to be and do AND who you are going to be and feel!
2017 was so freaking challenging but also full of amazing gifts🎁. I whole heartedly wish you all the Health, wealth and joy in 2018❤️xxx
I took my ma ❤️out for a walk today along the river! This was a big deal as she was in hospital all last week. she now has a new best friend called a ‘ walker’ but it’s got her moving a lot more and it meant we could go on a little outing! We found a Lilly pound and sat near it for a while. I rolled up her sleeves to expose her to some more natural sunlight to up her vit D synthesis. Nothing beats some fresh air and sunlight. 🌞
