Simple dinner diced up chicken breast, onion, bell peppers & shrooms cooked in Kerry Gold butter. Seasoned with Trader Joe's 21 Salute & Onion salt. I also added some hwc & parm at the end to thicken up the sauce. #KetoRecipes
What a wonderful dinner with my love! Broke a 20 hr fast with this deliciousness. We shared stuffed shrooms & I had a porterhouse steak with loaded broccoli & a salad. I had half of my steak & saved the rest for steak & eggs in the morning.
When you just gotta have some cereal. Little puffs to the rescue! Half a cup of little puffs is 5 carbs plus 3 medium strawberries a pinch of coconut, almonds & pecans. Probably around 9 carbs. If you can fit them in your macros so worth it.😁
This might be the most veggies I've had at once in a couple of months.🤣Made ranch parmesan crusted turkey breast tenderloin tonight for the first time. I'd buy it again. Got full fast only ate a quarter of that breast.
Progress not perfection. Stop beating yourself up you are a work-in-progress you will get there a little at a time not all at once. I gotta tell myself this everyday. I use to not go to the gym consistantly because I felt embarrassed as I'm "morbidly obese" I felt like everyone was looking at the fat girl. I knew my form wouldn't be perfect. Not to mention all the guys hog the cable machines which really discouraged me to go use them but recently I finally stopped worrying about what others in the gym thought & started going up in there like a boss! My form may not be perfect yet but I'm putting in that effort. I'm still getting stronger regardless. When I first started doing squats on the smith machine it was extremely hard to do 5 just with the bar alone & I was definitely not going ass to the ground. But best believe I didn't give up & now my form is better & I go pretty low now! What an improvement. Little things like this keep me going. If I can do it, so can you! It won't be easy but it will definitely be worth it.💪💃
