How many of you eat protein bars?
Do you know how much you spend one bar?
Here's a new bar to consider trying next month. \
The cost is about $2.66 for one bar.
I will have some on hand after April 7th, or you can order your own if you are an existing client or Coach ($2 Coach price). I'm sure my son will be eating the ones I buy so I'd better find a good hiding place.
Yes there are other bars "on the market" but have you read the ingredients and do they taste like cardboard? :)
Message me with any questions and I can get you added to the list so you can order as soon as they come out!
Coach Kara 💪🏻
Enjoy your day, but something tells me because it’s Friday you will enjoy it more. 🕺🏻You could always start your day off with me at cycle class tomorrow at 9 or 10 AM. Message me for details. I’d love to see you there! 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️👧🏻
Throwback Thursday to one of my favorite Cole Porter musicals “Anything Goes” at The Hult Center. I have so many fond memories of this show, mainly because it was the first musical I ever did when I was 16 years old. I was always determined to learn how to tap dance too. I attended a small high school in Oregon and we didn’t have very many tap dancers in our school (only 2 tappers as a matter of fact). I can proudly say I accomplished my dream of learning to tap as an adult! 🎼I look forward to getting back into tap again since it’s my favorite dance genre. “I feel a sudden urge to sing....”. 💄🎭
Seriously the thoughts that went through my head when a 1st grader told me today....”You look like you have a baby in your tummy.” My quick comeback was “It’s just my belt buckle that makes it look like that.” I also quickly reminded her it’s not kind to say that kind of thing because you can hurt someone’s feelings. She has no idea who she is dealing with. 👧🏻😆Oh the thoughts that went through my head! This is where I insert my evil laugh! ♊️ 🤦🏻♀️
There’s nothing fancy about my home gym. I bust out my workout here everyday. This is one of the most difficult programs I’ve done. I succeed with my online community, and without them I would be lost. If you need a “tribe” we are here for you. Join me anytime. Today was day 52 of “80 Day Obsession” Cardio Flow. I’m fatigued here because it my last set after 45 minutes of work. ✨💪🏻
There is still time to join my exercise & nutrition accountability group for March! If you’re ready to lose some weight for the spring and summer now is the time to start! I would be honored to help you! Coach Kara
I’m back in the journal bandwagon and DETERMINED to make it work this time! It’s only for 30 days and then I will make it a habit! Thank you Chalene Johnson for making a journal for all the working women with big goals & dreams! I find it no coincidence that I’m starting it again after I just finished Chalene’s “PUSH” book again! Have you looked into a journal? 📚
MOM's....this is for YOU!
Mom's let get you out of this rut that you've created for yourself. This "whirlwind" you call your life.
We really do run our own lives even if it doesn't feel that way.
We might need some time to ourselves to feel stronger and more capable.
A day where we can take a breath in between "Mommy can you come here?" Mommy I'm hungry." "Mommy ..Mommy....Mommy." We need a day when we are not eating crappy food because we think that's all we have time for because have to run to soccer or dance practice, or get to the grocery store, or the dentist........and the list goes on.
A day when you fit in your exercise because you know you will ROCK your day because you feel better.
I'm sorry did you say you are trying to actually work a "regular job" too? These days turn into weeks, months, years which equals
Mom's need to stick together because we understand each other.
We "settle" for what everyone else is doing, or the "norm" because it's safe and easy or convenient for our lifestyle.
Well...guess what? You deserve better! If you don't know by now I can help you find the "better". I've seen many Mom's change their habits when they are ready to commit. I'm talking about small daily changes like drinking more water or walking more.
I've seen it numerous times and for those few Mom's who do commit and succeed I continue to help others.
Maybe you are reading this and it's hitting home with you and saying "Yes this IS me".
I'm glad you are hearing the message because it needs to heard and shared.
We can't keep saying we will change "tomorrow", "someday", "in the summer", "when the kids go back to school". This Mom and busy working lady "Coach Kara" is encouraging you to make yourself more of a priority.....TODAY!!!
Let's do this together!
Love, Coach Kara 💜
