My daughter is 9 today; we spent the day @upbeatcentre. It was tons of fun as you can see but it was a great workout too! Tons of sweat. So if you’re looking to spice up your workout routine, try jumping on the trampolines for an hour!

Ok ladies, I got quite a few “I want to build my butt” comments from my last workout post. These are my go to, simple, at home butt building exercises. You can do these without the ankle weights but the weights do add extra resistance.

Get rid of back fat and tone those arms with these exercises! Do 10-12 reps of each for a total of 3-4 sets. The dance at the end is optional 😄. Hands up if you're crushing this 🙋
