We getting somewhere. Ive been on point with my diet and workouts for the past 2 weeks and I’ve put on about 3 lbs of muscle and lost almost 2% body fat. Time to keep grinding and bring the conditioning up!
Happy Friday ✌🏽
On the final stretch before I start prep so I’m making the most of it! Partied a little last night and surprised I’m still alive right now 🙄. Now Its time to focus on cutting and getting that 1st place trophy in April.
Grow some calves -
I hate when people complain saying “Man my calves dont grow” or “Why do I have small calves
There is no excuse for skipping calves. —————————————————
The best way to train calves, in my opinion, is using high reps and slow controlled movements. You major focus should be getting a good contraction at the top, and a crazy stretch at the bottom. Make you calves SCREAM and then bust out a few more reps. #teamnocalves with @jfit16
Sitting at 185lbs. Staying fairly lean around 10-12%. Still gonna try to put as much mass on this week until I start prep in February. Big shoutout to my coach/mentor @bretttheclubct for helping me out. ————————————————
Adding on to my last post, I will be competing April 7th at the Power house classic in East Haven, and again June 2nd at the Atlantic State Championships in Teaneck, NJ. They dont know whats coming ————————————————
