Decided to end my pull day with some buddy curls with @mj_cline365 .  60 lbs 10reps to 10reps to 9 to 9 to 8 to 8 to 7 to 7 so on an so on all the way down to 1 . Sometimes you gotta go off your routine/plan an just say fuck it . My arms were shot before even getting to this but tits mcgee called me out so i had no choice . Anyways , time to make that winter to summer switch , stay tuned fuckers . p.s i know we are douches , just let us be 🙂

Top 5 things I would say to a New Years Resolutioner 
1 ) EVERY PERSON STARTS SOMEWHERE . I know most people bitch an complain about how packed the gym is around this time of year . Fuck ummm .  There are people out there that are either close to you or are complete strangers to you that want you in there every single day bettering yourself .

2 ) THE ONLY PERSON THAT MATTERS IS YOU . I know some girls that hate/hated the gym because they feel uncomfortable because of the people around them . I know some guys that hate/hated the gym because they feel inferior to the other guys around them . The quicker you learn to put on your headphones and block out the world the faster your results and confidence will come . 
3 ) BEFORE YOU STEP IN THE GYM , HAVE A PLAN . It doesn’t matter how simple or complex it is . It could be just going to the gym and doing cardio mon weds fri sat or a personalized program from a friend or that you put together . Either way its the consistency and persistency of following that plan that’ll get you the results you desire . 
4 ) BE OBSERVANT . No matter how much you think you know , there’s always someone who knows more . In the gym that someone is around you 24/7 . So keep your eyes open . You see someone doing something and have no clue why , ask that person why they are doing it and how to do it . Most people will respect you for having the balls to ask and show your willingness to learn and grow . 
5 ) BE PATIENT. In a world full of 1000000 “quick” ways to get results , be patient . No pill is gunna help you drop 20 lbs . No 10 or 20 minute ab video is going to get you washboard abs . People always wanna give or take credit to different supplements , different types of diets , steroids , different types of training etc . But the reality is , it all starts with that persons mind and their mentality on what they are going to do , how they are going to do it , and why they are doing it .
