A radiating red-tail hawk catches the last few moments of sun in Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Refuge in Denver, Colorado.
Excited to head to Nebraska this week to see the Great Sandhill Crane Migration in person. I am not a bird expert or expert bird Photographer by any means, but I am enjoying expanding my photography skill-set. I am quickly learning bird photography takes a keen eye, extreme patience, and a meditative State of sorts for you to share space without instilling fear or annoyance. It’s cathartic and exhilarating. I have profound respect for wildlife photographers and hope to continue to learn and grow.
