They say the books we read today, the words we surround ourselves with, the things we watch, what we listen to, will all shape who we are going to end up being.
My journey has been long but short, and I have a long lifetime of learning ahead of me. Between books I've read, listened to, still reading, haven't started, journals I've wrote, documentaries I've watched, courses I've taken, and experiences I've learned from, I know the road ahead will all fall into place, and continuously change as I learn and grow.
I'm excited for my life ahead of me. Excited for the pain I will grow from. The traumas I will get over. The people I will meet, and learn from, and inspire. Every single little detail is important in our lives. It is up to us to learn and grow in our spiritual journeys. Every single journey is different. We are all one, yet our physical paths and bodies are all unique.
Don't ever listen to someone else tell you you can't, including yourself. Fight past those words or thoughts and keep following whatever it is that is calling you at this exact moment. Don't stress about what you haven't done yet, or what you want to get to. Live in this moment, take control of this present day. It's all about the journey, it's not going to happen overnight. Stop trying to tell yourself you need to be at someone else's level, or that you will never be as successful as that person.
You can, and will, become exactly who your meant to become, you just need to start walking. Baby steps. Dream, and walk with your dream.
Have a beautiful week everyone! #beyourself#chakras#crystalhealing#creatingmoney#spiritualgrowth#buddhistbootcamp#journaling#selfjourney#uniqueness#yourunique#youcanandyouwill
“You can’t see the silver lining wearing victim goggles.” ~ Jen Sincero
Listening to PD in the car, this one line hit me hard. How many times in life do we accept who we are based on what happened in the past? We are all victims of one circumstance or another, some multiple.
But that doesn’t determine WHO we are, who we are MEANT to be.
So rip off the goggles! Whatever situation you are in RIGHT NOW does NOT determine where you’ll be in the future. But it’s up to one thing to change that- YOU! You have the POWER and STRENGTH to be all you can be and put your situation behind you! Only YOU!! #jensincero#silverlining#bethebestyou#youcanandyouwill#noonecanstopyou#riseabove#livelifefully
“What if I fall?”
Oh but darling, what if you fly......
We’re so afraid to fail that it’s hard to succeed. We’re afraid to start something new so we generally don’t. We want to be comfortable and keep doing what we’re doing. Stop worrying about the what if and go after it! Challenge yourself and see how amazing you are! You can and will fly!!!
How many times has someone said something to you that knocks you down and makes you want to quit?
How many times do you believe their words and hear them over and over in your head?
How often to you second guess yourself, tell yourself you’re not worth it and there’s other things more important to focus on?
I did all of that way too much before being surrounded by this team and community. ✨💕 Ladies, there will always be people you come in contact with that mean well but come off wrong. They’re looking out for you. But, they don’t fully believe in your ability...yet.✨ 👉🏼No amount of convincing will get them to see it differently... so what do you do? 🙌🏼🙌🏼Show up and prove them wrong.🙌🏼🙌🏼 💥You can do this. You WILL do this and this is why being surrounded with other women who get it is SO SO SO important.
When other people are questioning and getting in your head, we have your back.🌸 If you need a group like that to help motivate, support and help you rise above the noise, reach out! 🔽✨👯♀️💕✌🏼
Recently I've been very serious about my fitness regimen, it sort of hit me that I NEED to feel better in my skin and fit into my clothes rather than squeezing in. Having an exercise routine is difficult, eating healthy is difficult, drinking enough water is difficult. But we NEED to do it in order to feel amazing.
Standing on the scale on my weigh in days isn't rainbows and sunshine, because I sometimes just maintain my weight, results are slow and I often think about quitting, but then I step back and think, "hey, I maintained my weight, atleast I didnt add on an extra kilo or two."
Ladies and gents, let's try to remain positive, encourage and motivate each other to maintain a healthy lifestyle even if our progress is slow.
Those of you who know me, you know my business model entails working from home, or anywhere actually...
I've noticed that people tend to harp on the fact that I could work in my pj's all day...to which I cant help but giggle...
Ummm no Felicia…
Yes, of course working from home has its perks but becoming lazy in your day-to day appearance is not one of them – clothing is energy that can lift you up or bring you down. Dress up and show up for your day, even if you don’t have to, it boosts your energy levels and motivates you to do your thing.
