It's a "clean out the fridge" kind of day 😂👍🏼 Lately, I've been eating about one main meal a day, and sometimes a small snack a few hours later. It's working super well for us!!! Jonas is even experiencing the effects of ketosis on his hunger! We naturally intermittent fast, and we love it!! GO WATCH MY WEEK 4 WEIGH IN! The link is in my bio! I was hoping I would make it to the healthy weight range by the beginning of week 4, so go watch it to see if I did!! ♥️
Sunday morning run around Regents Park. It was a cold one, but beautiful too ❄️😍 Managed to do 13.2 miles, average pace 10:48 per mile! More than happy with that. Four weeks til marathon day and I’m feeling confident 🙌🏿🏃🏿♀️ #RunAdzRun#BrightonMarathonTraining
Final day of prepped salads and I have to say I'm a bit amazed. For starters, this is the third week I have fully stayed on track with my meal prep. In the past, I would get half way through the week and be tired of eating the same thing and just buy things. whoamiiiiiiii
Also, I've always been a bit picky about dinner. Certain foods were not considered dinner foods (looking at you, sandwiches...) and a dinner could not be filling if it wasn't hot. Well, that hasn't stopped me from enjoying these salads every night. And guess what? I'm doing them again next week.
I mentioned this in my story, but I've also officially been dairy free for a week. I'm not noticing any changes (I mostly did it to see if my face would be less red) but it's also not as hard as I thought it would be so I'm just going to keep going. This week's new thing--not that I'm doing new things every week purposely but it's working out that way--is to add a snack. We'll see how it goes.
Shoutout to whoever posted cheese roll-ups yesterday on their account because Jonas and I saw them and immediately decided they were dinner!! We stuffed them with Mexican style slow-cooked chicken and peppers, and threw the rest on romaine! 😍 Endlessly jealous that Jonas can eat cheese. 😭💔
My food is not quite Insta-worthy 😂 but it sure did taste good! Palak paneer and a chili lime chicken burger, both from @traderjoes 💕 the palak paneer especially is SO GOOD. What did you have for dinner?!
Who says you can’t get a good workout at home with very little equipment? 😏
My biggest excuse has always been that I don’t have the time or means to get to the gym. And of course living in a tiny place has its down faults when it comes to working out at home. But you can easily burn over 500 calories with some kettlebells and determination! 💪🏻
[4/100] Well attempted to get my exercise in + the dogs exercise. That was a fail 😂
One of the dogs started limping literally 5 minutes into our walk, so had to turn around and come back. Oh well, will try again without the old dog 😢
Jonas' breakfast was The Holy Grail of all keto breakfasts 🏆 Brie eggs, bacon, and avocados we've been waiting one whole week to ripen! Today is my final interview for a potential big girl job, and I'm REALLY excited for it. Only in the Midwest can your house be in one state, work in another, and only drive 20 minutes between. 😂 Be praying for today!
