30gms Bega country light grated cheese
20gms leggos tomato pizza sauce
50gms dons shaved ham
Capsicum diced, onion diced, Mushroom diced
Italian herbs sprinkled over the top, pepper & salt.
Cook on a pizza stone in the oven on 200c for 10-12 mins (watch it) then scatter with fresh basil leaves.

Today was my first successful day on track in a while (so far 😬). It feels good to be back eating healthy, but it wasn’t easy to do!! I know a lot of you are in a similar boat... apparently February is just a rough month! Trying to build self-discipline & keep this up for the rest of the week 🙏🏼
I had the best salad for dinner but the fact we ate it outside on patio made it so much better (in Alabama we are having springtime weather)... smoked some chicken and I ate the breast over a salad and my kids and husband had it with corn on Cobb and pasta but it wasn’t worth the points to me. Dinner tonight was 2 mini whole wheat bagels (6) with 1 T. of the butter I cannot remember the name of (1) topped with 2 eggs 🍳 (0) cooked in 1 t. of OO (1). Aaaand I had to have a big side of berries cause I love my fruit🍇🤤 I didn’t eat lunch because (shhh) I was at #target 😅 so I had a #questbar to hold me over until now. It actually kept me full until dinner! So, right now I’m at 25/33... which means there’s room for #halotop if I want later... 😉🍨
Y’all!!! I tried 2 Pinterest recipes tonight and they both were AMAZING 😍!!! Low Carb Taco Soup from Beyer Beware and Homemade TortIlla Chips from Healthy Nibbles! Soup was 8sp per serving and can be lower if you use turkey instead of beef or swap the cream cheese for fat free (I used 1 of each). Tortilla chips were 4sp for 16 chips (2 tortillas). Hey friends! Just checking in to give a little update on how D and I are doing on @whole30!
We’ve been loving our meals so much that it’s been much easier than anticipated to stay on track!
So far the best foods have been wings, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, shrimp and scallops!
Our cravings haven’t been too bad, D only had a headache for the first two days, I didn’t get one at all!
I am pretty energetic every day, and find it much easier to wake up with D at 3:30am and I have actually stayed awake most days and been productive!
D has completely stopped snacking during his work day, and we both have been doing well with three meals a day!
Honestly the hardest thing has been managing the cooking while our house/kitchen is being renovated, but I’m doing the best I can!
