- [ ] I did 60 reps per exercise, using active rest; for the first video the leg lifts were my active reps, I was able to do 60 straight reps for the first exercise then did 30 reps of the leg lift followed by 30 reps of the plank burpee then repeated the leg lifts and plank burpee
- [ ] I broke the rest of the sets up in 30reps.. For the crab crawl I did 5reps, one rep being the length of my rug and back bc I was tired and I forget how the reps were originally set up🤷🏼‍♀️😂 #workoutdone #stayingmotivated #letsgoooooo👙💪🏼

Aktuell mach ich dreimal die Woche #zirkeltraining und wenn es stattfindet einmal die Woche #bauchbeinepo und trotzdem habe ich das Gefühl, ich müsste mehr machen... Ich habe ja so die Vorstellung, dass ich gern noch laufen gehen will, aber dazu kann ich mich aufgrund der Kälte momentan nicht überwinden. Aber es hämmert immer in meinen Gehirn "du MUSST jetzt wieder mit laufen anfangen". Wieso zur Hölle setz ich mich selber so unter Druck? Monday’s mashup is a straight up, “I go, you go” chipper workout, where you and your partner each perform 5 sets of each movement before moving onto the next, one person working at a time. In this format, each partner must complete his/her allocated distance and reps before switching and each person must complete the same amount of work total. The only movement that is shared is the MB Sit-up Throws at the end, where it’s 100 alternating reps, 50 a piece. The MB throws are done with both of you lying on the ground feet to feet (or linking ankles). Movement starts with you laying on the ground, ball touching the floor behind your head, then sit up and toss! ⠀

Start out and hit the run hard! It will jack your heart rate up and fatigue the legs a bit. The KB Swings will challenge your heart rate, low back, and hamstrings, especially since it’s a light weight, so you can cycle it fast! The Front Squats will tax the midline, quads, and low back, with a weight that should fire as fast as a regular Air Squat. The last movement of MB Sit-ups will let your heart rate calm down a bit, but it will require a bit of communication and teamwork after the fatigue sets in! ⠀

The goal is to have fun with this one and to attack each effort with 100%. The work/rest ratio should allow you to get good enough recovery between efforts so that you can hit each set with the same intensity as the one before - aim for fast and consistent split times throughout! ⠀

I try to choose laughter over anger more times than not; because every action I take is watched and learned. How can I expect good behavior if I don't exhibit it myself? Today I had the pleasure of working out with my bestie! Kandice Blevins I love when our schedules match up! It's so much fun when you have a partner! A dream is a goal without an action plan. Don’t dream; set goals! I went to bed last night thinking about some of my goals. One of my biggest goals is getting up to 125 pounds. What action must I take? EAT, EAT, EAT, and LIFT. Lifting is the easy part, it’s the eating that’s hard for me. When I feel full my brain tells me I’m going to get fat. Wrong? Yes, but the full feeling triggers that thought. I used to be anorexic and still fight the mindset. I also get full really quickly and feel like I lack the time to eat 6 meals a day like my personal trainer recommended. There will be obstacles to any goal, but where there is a will there is a way. For example, I add olive oil to my pasta to add good fats without necessary having to “eat” something else. I also add egg whites or peanut butter to smoothies to get my protein. No matter what you want to achieve “Set goals and crush them!!”

I’ve had a “bad” lower back for a couple years now and never really did anything about it. I was able to run, play softball, workout and do almost anything I wanted. There was a few workouts that I couldn’t do such as deadlift and squat. I would have to stay with a lighter weight or it would hurt/be uncomfortable. I can’t sit or lay flat for long without having to adjust. As I’m trying to further myself into fitness, I figured it was a good time to get it checked out. Come to find out, I have arthritis in two discs in my lower back. Sucks to hear and not what I was expecting. But, it’s good to know why I’ve been limited to certain weights and positions. I’m already looking into treatments to make it more comfortable and hopefully relieve some of the pain. It’s sure as hell not going to stop me from doing what I want. Possible delays and a bump in the road, but this isn’t getting in the way of anything.

2nd workout in a row where I got to get my workout done first thing in the morning. It feels so good to get it out of the way for the day. I normally workout between 1-2pm but when I’m able Toni will totally opt to get it done early. Less chance I can talk myself out of it later, or delay it when it is go time. The main thing is, workout when you can. And just get it done! Don’t listen to excuses and push yourself every single day! You can do this. All it takes is pre-scheduling in your workouts and sticking with it!
