#week2 of the #30daychallenge#day8 Sorry for the invasion of my son in these videos but if you’re a parent I’m sure you’ve experienced this while trying to work out 🤷🏼♀️ gotta do what we gotta do👙💪🏼
- [ ] I did 60 reps per exercise, using active rest; for the first video the leg lifts were my active reps, I was able to do 60 straight reps for the first exercise then did 30 reps of the leg lift followed by 30 reps of the plank burpee then repeated the leg lifts and plank burpee
- [ ] I broke the rest of the sets up in 30reps.. For the crab crawl I did 5reps, one rep being the length of my rug and back bc I was tired and I forget how the reps were originally set up🤷🏼♀️😂 #workoutdone#stayingmotivated#letsgoooooo 👙💪🏼
***Member Love*** What a hot Mumma you are @carriebarber
We absolutely love having you apart of team BSC. You show up with intent to train, you motivate others through your hard training and you always push to the end.
All of the ladies are smashing our training lately and we can’t be more proud of you all!
If you haven’t tried @bangenergy then you should! This stuff is so good! There’s a ton of flavors and it’s not an energy drink. It doesn’t have the crash effect or the crazy amounts of sugar. Jump on the #BangWagon !! 🙌🏻💥
#motivationmonday @rpstrength 1st day vs 7 weeks into this diet. I'm not following it religiously but I'm using it as my guideline for leaning out. I gotta say it's going well. The best part is I've based my macros off of the maintenance phase. I can't wait to actually get into the cut. Good things coming this year.
💁🏽♀️ Messy Hair, Should care! 💁🏽♀️

New Day, New Week, New goals! Today's workout was #Bootyday I can sure tell there were extra rounds this morning. I grunted through the whole workout. It was challenging to finish at the end! I 😍 every bit of it! Even with my 🐶 laying in my way. She always wants to help me 😂 😂
Today I had the pleasure of working out with my bestie! Kandice Blevins I love when our schedules match up! It's so much fun when you have a partner! We cheered each other on and could here each others grunts 😂 😂 makes me push harder. And when I wanted to quit on that last round she said, "NO, you got this!!" thanks for believing in me! I did it! Now I need to go down some recover so I can do it again tomorrow! Woop woop! 👊 💪 🏋😜 #80days#obsessed#day33of80#fitmom#bestie#togetherness#MondayMotivation#getsome#workoutdone#lifestyleChange#accountiblity#EverydayChallengeYourself
A dream is a goal without an action plan. Don’t dream; set goals! I went to bed last night thinking about some of my goals. One of my biggest goals is getting up to 125 pounds. What action must I take? EAT, EAT, EAT, and LIFT. Lifting is the easy part, it’s the eating that’s hard for me. When I feel full my brain tells me I’m going to get fat. Wrong? Yes, but the full feeling triggers that thought. I used to be anorexic and still fight the mindset. I also get full really quickly and feel like I lack the time to eat 6 meals a day like my personal trainer recommended. There will be obstacles to any goal, but where there is a will there is a way. For example, I add olive oil to my pasta to add good fats without necessary having to “eat” something else. I also add egg whites or peanut butter to smoothies to get my protein. No matter what you want to achieve “Set goals and crush them!!”
“Challenges make me tougher. Failure makes me work harder. Knock me down and sure as shit, I’m getting right back up.”
I’ve had a “bad” lower back for a couple years now and never really did anything about it. I was able to run, play softball, workout and do almost anything I wanted. There was a few workouts that I couldn’t do such as deadlift and squat. I would have to stay with a lighter weight or it would hurt/be uncomfortable. I can’t sit or lay flat for long without having to adjust. As I’m trying to further myself into fitness, I figured it was a good time to get it checked out. Come to find out, I have arthritis in two discs in my lower back. Sucks to hear and not what I was expecting. But, it’s good to know why I’ve been limited to certain weights and positions. I’m already looking into treatments to make it more comfortable and hopefully relieve some of the pain. It’s sure as hell not going to stop me from doing what I want. Possible delays and a bump in the road, but this isn’t getting in the way of anything.
This is just the beginning! 💥
2nd workout in a row where I got to get my workout done first thing in the morning. It feels so good to get it out of the way for the day. I normally workout between 1-2pm but when I’m able Toni will totally opt to get it done early. Less chance I can talk myself out of it later, or delay it when it is go time. The main thing is, workout when you can. And just get it done! Don’t listen to excuses and push yourself every single day! You can do this. All it takes is pre-scheduling in your workouts and sticking with it!
