This liquid gold right here...this is how I am able to get up to join the 5am club!  That and the fact that I know how to motivate myself. 
I remember how it felt to sleep in every morning, rushing to get ready to work, driving like a maniac to get to work, eating MCDS for breakfast every day, eating fast food for lunch because I was too lazy to make it the night before and didnt give myself enough time to do it in the morning. Id show up to work a mess...thoughts all over the place, NOT relaxed..and I ALWAYS felt like xrap because I was feeding myself crap.

It was a vicious cycle...ine that I had a heck of a time getting out of.

But ine thing Ive learned is if younput your mind to something...you can do it. You can completely change your life if you just allow yourself to bekieve you can!

I always considered a salad meal to be ‘boring’, but it’s turned out to be one of my favourites.  I like lots of different salad veg chopped up small and mixed together, add olives or avocado 🥑 and a drizzle of a good olive oil.

I prep a big salad box for the week, then all you have to do is add your preferred protein source, and you’re good to go.

Make sure there are lots of bright primary coloured stuff in there and you know it’s packed full of anti-oxidants.

Såhär på kvällen är det fantastiskt skönt att träningen avklarades i morse (var väl inte riktigt lika skönt när klockan ringde 5.40). Körde mitt rehab-pass på ett mycket effektivt sätt. Är så glad att träningen funkar för kroppen och är övertygad om att smärtan håller sig borta pga min beslutsamhet och ihållande träning 💪
