For the salad 2 cups of romaine and 2 cups of kale chopped and mixed, 2 diced tomatoes, 1/4 cucumber sliced. For the dressing I did 1/2 Apple, 1/2 avocado, 1 lemon, bunch of cilantro and added water to desired consistency. The dressing that I didn’t use is a great dip for oil free fries! I don't really bother with baking – because it destroys nutrients and I’m very protective of them.

Butttt, I wanted chocolate and cake! 
I definitely should have found a recipe – but most of them are full of rubbish - dairy, oil, sugar. 
People often refer to foods as naughty or bad. I actively discourage labelling foods like this, because it's not actually correct, foods don't misbehave - people do! However, it is important for people to understand what foods promote health, and what foods increase their risk of disease. I switch the latter to tastys = foods we know aren't good for our health but we choose to enjoy anyway.

I picked some healthy cake ingredients, whizzed up the wet ingredients, folded in the dry, baked at 180°C for 25mins, and put berries on top to reduce the sugar spike! They turned out okkk hahaha. Actually they all got eaten… mostly by mee… so they turned out pretty well.

You can turn all of your loved foods into super healthy deliciousness!  A big part of my job is adapting recipes to be healthier. I've found this really helps people as it turns what they know and love into healthy goodness. Most people have a lot of cooking knowledge already, so I help to build  on what you already have! You know the drill – PM to work with me.

Flour is not ideal – but woman gotta eat cake! I initially wrote girl, but I constantly have to remind myself that I went through puberty many years ago and I am fully deserving of the woman title! Everyday I’m feminising!

In my opinion CARBS are the cheapest things to buy wether on a vegan or omnivore diet since carbs should be a staple in your diet you should get them like your beans and lentils in bulk for more MONEY SAVING 💰 ! Rice, oats and potatoes are my main go to sources 💪

When you know you are going to have a busy morning, just prep a jar the night before. We use soymilk,frozen blueberries, dates and old fashioned oatmeal. Sometimes I also add agave 😄♡
It's especially great for hot valley summers when you refuse to let the stove warm the house.

A big fat sushi burrito for Dinner! 😶

Grab some rice (I used a mix of wild rice and brown rice) and some veggies (I used carrots,  purple sweet potatoes and avo) add some protein (I used pan fried tofu), roll 'em up and dip it in soy sauce or tamari! The easiest and most flavorful dinner ever!
