"If you keep good food in the fridge, you will eat good food!" ***** I love soup. All throughout the year. Its a time saving meal or snack, inexpensive to make, nutritious and full of fiber. ✨My Dad use to make big pots of soup or a gumbo during wintertime. His soups were hearty, nutritious and so comforting. ✨I like to make a big pot, usually on a Saturday or a Sunday.  I divide them into 4-5, 2 cup portions and store in air tight glass containers in the fridge. Then whenever I get hungry,  I have a quick snack or light meal that's ready to reheat! ✨Lets keep on feeding our bodies with good nutritious food! If you've eaten junk over the weekend, lets hit the reset button with a healthy pot of soup!

💥 When prepping I always try to boil a bunch of eggs so that when I ran out of my protein (chicken, fish, etc) I use my hard boiled eggs as replacement. What we don’t want is skipping our meals. .

I'm sad cause its nearly time to cut my beautiful nails...they are hitting each other when I'm playing #callofduty and causing typos while working and sending my emails. It's a sad day. 
But I have loved this color I picked for February and even the nail tech is amazed at how strong my nails are even though they are so long! 
Because yes these are my own nails, I just get them painted 😁 
I got to tell her yep it's cause my health is doing so good with Juice Plus added into my daily habits!

Why wouldn’t you add 27 farm fresh fruits & veggies to your daily routine? 
I use to think I was able to eat enough fruits and veggies everyday, But to be honest I was only getting 3-4 servings a day. Canada's Food Guide recommends 7 to 10 servings of vegetables and fruit a day!😳 That is why I decided to add Juice Plus to my diet. It helps bridge the gap between what I am eating and what I should be eating!

When I have a house I want a wall like this :) This weekend I cleaned out my spice cabinet - talk about cathartic!  I keep walking by it and opening the door, just to see things tucked neatly away.  So nerdy, I know!  A big part of my belief about having a beautiful food routine is that experience of creating it should feel like that - inspiring, organized, light.  Not perfect, or fussy, but make your space one you actually WANT to be in!

#mealprepmonday. Tonight we’ve taken one salad in two directions. My fav kaleslaw mix formed the base of this Asian slaw style salad with broccolini, shredded snow peas, fresh mint & coriander. We topped it with grilled steak marinated in ginger, chilli, garlic and lime (this formed the base of a cracking dressing with ACV & a little sugar as well 😋) and some crushed raw cashews. This is definitely going to form part of our weekly menu it was freaking delish! Salad #2 was simply kaleslaw, quinoa & canellini beans. With these two salads and a few extra additions we’ve got side dishes for the rest of the week. #mealprepping #cleaneatingideas #freshsalads

I’m so excited to be running the fun & messy but highly nutritious classes again and look forward to meeting more of you and your little people 😊 So great that the awesome Westfield have offered me spaces in both shopping centres too!

The workshops we ran at my pop up in January were a big hit, your feedback has been amazing!I have also now been asked to run some classes at Tyler’s school for the kids and a separate one for the teachers! This year has already been pretty dope and I’m so so pleased to see an interest in healthy eating for kids. Literally my dreams are coming true every day and I’m so excited to see what the rest of the year has in store!

I took the day off today and made these bees wax wraps (super proud of myself by the way 💁🏻) I have been wanting to do these for over a month now to reduse the use of plastic and foil on our lunches and food in the fridge. So glad I got to put some of my pre-loved clothes to use and recycling this pattern that I’m totally inlove with 🙌🏻 thanks to @spell_byronbay for the DIY inspiration🌻

1 cup of pure bees wax
2 Tbsp of jojoba oil

• R E D U C E, R E - U S E, R E C Y C L E • I took the day off today and made these bees wax wraps (super proud of myself by the way 💁🏻) I have been wanting to do these for over a month now to reduse the use of plastic and foil on our lunches and food in the fridge. So glad I got to put some of my pre-loved clothes to use and recycling this pattern that I’m totally inlove with 🙌🏻 thanks to @spell_byronbay for the DIY inspiration🌻 . When your 5 year-old decides he’s no longer likes lamb. 😱

After the amazing slow-cooked lamb roast the husband cooked yesterday, I decide to repurpose the lamb into pies and savoury ‘star’ and ‘dinosaur’ muffins.

So, did he eat any of this tonight? 
A tiny bit. He was excited to try both versions of lamb roast. 
As per the DOR, I let it go. I didn’t force him to eat his dinner. He decided he wanted the left over mash potato. I also gave him his leftover pork pattie from his lunch box because I was going to throw it out tonight. 
Kids don’t starve themselves and next week he will probably love lamb! I’m prioritizing his relationship with food over him eating the lamb tonight. I ‘want’ him to eat lamb in the future. 
It’s been a tough week for him. We experimented with his egg tolerance after seeing a paediatric allergy specialist. We are extremely thrilled with the outcome. 😁

Master 5 is growing out of his egg allergy. 🎉

He can now have cooked egg and egg in products. Yay!! He still reacts to raw egg. 
We will be experimenting with his dairy allergy in the coming weeks, although I’m not holding as high hopes as his skin prick test revealed he still has his dairy allergy. 
Progress!! 🎉

These balls of joys were one of the favourites from yesterday's wholefood living event.❤️💜 Swapping out cashews for sunflower seeds made them lunchbox friendly, and to be honest, I can't taste the difference.👌🏻👌🏻 Raspberry bliss balls (nut free version)

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup frozen raspberries 
2 cups desiccated coconut 
14 medjool dates - pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor & blitz away until well combined & clumping together. Roll into balls, coat with extra coconut if you wish or even push into a slice tin for convenience. Place in the fridge to firm up. 
Enjoy!!! 😍😍
