Whatever you choose to eat I recommend you add eggs and salmon to your diet because of the nutritional value they both hold! Btw tuna holds a pretty close nutrient value as salmon and is cheaper🙏
Bought this carb intercept about 2 weeks ago. Haven’t been consistent in taking it before meals as it suggests or even taking it afterwards 😂 so for the next couple of days I’ll be sure to set myself a reminder to take it. Not sure how I’ll be able to tell if it’s working or not 🤷🏾♀️ guess if I don’t gain any (fat) weight then it must be working. It’s purpose is to cut down and control your carb intake from a meal but how much percentage? idk..and being that I’ve cut meat out of my diet this will help me when I may eat a bit more carb foods.
