Ideally would jump every motion (video on left) but I was tired after squats & didn't have headphones today 😭 - incorporate some explosive movements like these or even box jumps not just to leg day but will all muscle groups-- your muscles are comprised of a certain fast twitch to slow twitch ratio- how your body responds to the various demands of training is genetically dispositioned - be sure to maximize results by training slow and explosive to hit both fibers 💪🏼

So after getting tore up from the floor up with my weight training I like to do post-workout cardio as my glycogen has been depleted and stored body fat is more readily available for energy. I like to change it up to keep things interesting and aside from HIIT one of the things I do while on the stairs is throw in some calf raises. Essentially what I’ll do is keep it at a steady pace which works for me which is roughly a level eight and every two minutes I will drop the level down and do 20 calf raises and then increase intensity once more and cycle this until I complete my cardio. A little something to make the calves Mooooo while knocking out cardio🌱🐂💪🦍 #VeganAF .

I did these exercises yesterday and they were super fun, try it 👇
👏 Pick up the money - hand to opposite foot, keep your back straight, look forward, ajust to your level, do it faster, slower, step longer or shorter.
👏 Bear Crawl - animal movements are often great for our bodies.
👏 Push ups - just because it’s an everyday thing.
👏 High Plank - keep that core tight.
👏 Mountain Climbers.

March marks my one year #veganniversary , so I marked the occasion today! 🎉 Being committed to veganism has completely changed my life. I have been a pescatarian, vegan and/or vegetarian since I was 13 yrs old (psst, that was 20 yrs ago! 🙊), with approximately two random inexplicable years of being an omnivore right around when I delivered my second baby.
Like most vegans, looking back, I feel ashamed and guilty of the years of my life in which I wasn't completely vegan. 😶
But I'm here now. For all the right reasons. And for good. De höll ihop direkt, inga problem att röra runt i stekpannan, de var i konsistensen EXAKT som jag minns köttbullar! De var riktigt goda fast jag inte hade i några kryddor eller annat dessutom, lite löksmak och något som påminner om typ de här små delikatessköttbullarna, och knappt någon mysko sojasmak. Self love is a complicated topic. Four years ago, you wouldn’t have been able to talk me into wearing a croptop, even if I had pretty much the same weight as now.
I wasn’t happy about myself. Probably because I wasn’t practicing any sport, partying a bit too much, didn’t sleep enough, and my studies were definitely not what I wanted to do in my life.
In result, I wasn’t fulfilled nor mentally or physically.
Mentally, it took at turn when I changed university, started a bachelor in communication and really loved what I was doing.
And weirdly, physically I already felt better! I was more and more in peace with myself, even if my body didn’t change.
But at the end of the last summer, I noticed that I had put on weight. Living cosy in my new life, I hadn’t pay so much attention, but it wasn’t healthy.
Soooo: time to come back at the gym, and, approximately 6 months later, I’m back to my original weight, but stronger, leaner and with more muscles 💪🏼
In conclusion (that’s what I wanted you to read), I felt better, not because I lost weight, instead my life changed and I found a sport I love because I feel powerful doing it! I enjoy being able to run further, lift heavier and be more agile! And that’s what I aim to continue 😊
