Yogi Berra never spoke truer words. It may not have been baseball for me this morning but it was #legday. 
It was a rough day. Between sleeping in Grants bed last night with him to sleeping like crap because I was so sore, to say it was a #rough morning is an understatement. Not going to lie, I say and #cried a few minutes halfway through my workout. 
The #mental game today was way tougher than the physical (which was pretty damn challenging too). I needed to give myself a mental pep talk to keep going. I haven’t come this far to only come this far.

🤔 Creo que he dosificado demasiado y solo he metido un empujón al final del WOD. Podría haber continuado con más si hubiera habido más tiempo. Es lo que me suele pasar en Crossfit, a veces digo que sólo los que tienen un nivel alto de locura son los que triunfan en las competiciones jaja yo por el contrario, me suelo reservar mucho.

💪 También me pregunto si hubiera ido más rápido en los clean & yerks con movimientos más estrictos en lugar de buscar tanto la eficiencia del movimiento o quizá lo he hecho bien porque yendo más rápido hubiera pinchado antes..? No lo sabremos.

Anyone else suffer from gym anxiety? Always takes me a couple of sessions to get accustomed to a new gym and today I joined a new one but was too nervous to go onto the weights section as it's a lot bigger and seemed a lot more macho than my last gym.

So silly when it's an area I should be familiar with and know what I'm doing with the equipment.
Still managed to have a good workout but determined in my next session to get in there regardless of how busy it is. If anyone else has felt a similar way and has some good tips on how to combat this feeling please share 💛🌟 .
