Mood and energy have been way off this week. Today I caught up on a bit of my Baking Challenge while the baby napped. That helped me get my mind off a few things for a little bit. For now, I am just going to go with the flow for the next few days and see if the weekend turns things around.
Well ya just don’t know what’s gonna be thrown at ya - day 2️⃣3️⃣ and 2️⃣4️⃣ have been a bit funny 🙈! Ended up in hospital last night IN MY GYM GEAR 😂 but all is thankfully ok 👍🏼!!! A bowl of yummy cereal and proper tea was on the menu after all of that! Trying my best to stick to plan in the midst of change! So I told my husband we were having Korean BBQ tacos for dinner but I also asked him to pick-up a can of whipped cream on his way home. It normally takes him 35 min to get home from work, he was home in 12. I guess he really likes Korean BBQ and Ban-Chan. 🤷🏼♀️😉Ban-Chan recipe in next photo.
