Happy #weightlosswednesday everyone! I’ve got lots of stuff to chit chat about today
1. I have a full day of calorie counting eating for weight loss up on my channel right now. Link to my channel is always in my bio. I am by no means a nutritionist or a professional and just follow what myfitnesspal tells me. In case any of you were curious !
2. This week was not so amazing Weight wise. I actually gained 0.2 pounds. So maintaining in my eyes. My initial reaction is to get super stressed out. HOWEVER, I took a step back and tried to think about what the reasonings could be :
1. I went 4 days in a row last week without working out.
2. Weight fluctuates
3. I’ve hit a plateau
4. I’ve gained muscle
5. I overdid it on my cheat meal for the week (which I did)
So in the grand scheme of things, I have an idea of what I could change but truly no idea which thing in particular was the cause of me not losing weight this week. For the upcoming week I’m doing a 5 day workout program from fitness blender that’s full of different workouts than I’m currently doing plus skipping a week of cheat meals to make sure this week is on point. My goal for February was to lose 10 pounds and I lost 8 so I can’t have any complaints there ! How is your journey going ?

So this week I hit my prebaby weight!!! My first time in 6 years! It's so amazing!! So many times I've tried in 6 years to get here and didn't think it was even possible for awhile.. but I finally made it! Woot woot! Weekly weigh-in! I have really been slacking at eating healthy and doing my weekly weigh-ins but I have been doing well at my portion size and trying to be active so I finally got under 173lbs! I am officially the smallest I've been since I got pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago!! It's crazy to be and I couldn't be prouder!
