On Friday, we flex. 💪🏼 It’s not super comfortable for me to lift my shirt but this morning my trainer reminded me to not set boundaries, because you achieve so much more than you think.
It’s true. These daily 30-min workouts have meant so much to me. I’m stronger today- in my body AND my mind. And it feels good to have strength.
