OMG I just made the most amazing chicken fried rice I've ever had in my life!!! And the only things I added that you can't see in the pic are low sodium soy sauce (maybe 2 tbsp), a dash (literally) of sesame oil, salt, and ground ginger. Uh-May-Zing!
The rice is Brown, that's chicken, there's onions and garlic in there along with some peas and carrots. And the over easy eggs broken over the top of it had me like 😍😍😁😁😁😎. All in all probably took 20 minutes to prepare and cook then about 42 seconds to eat.

Here I am thinking I'm straight slaying the #sleep game, but #fitbit came and dropped some knowledge on me this morning. I didn't have work on Monday, so I stayed up later on Sunday and kinda-sorta slept in.
I’m really starting to enjoy the 20 hour fasting days. Strange? 😳 No workout today, gotta rest from time to time. Plus I had a lot of work coming back from vacation. #intermittentfeasting#warriordiet
0600 black coffee
1100 five minute meditation
1200 black coffee
1830 apple cider vinegar drink
1900 cobb salad with extra ham and shredded cheese, parm crisps with guacamole

I Love that God is always speaking to us if we are looking 👀 & listening 👂🏼 .... Today He used a yoga 🧘🏼♀️ flow with @actionjacquelyn to explain what “surrendering” means in a whole new way 💕
Today, during the “good morning: growth” flow, @actionjacquelyn explained that we have to surrender to the pose in order to grow in flexibility👉🏼instead of pressing/straining, just settle in to where you are and relax there, letting gravity work.
FF to about 30min later when I opened my @youversion Bible Study 📖 saying,
“To truly surrender means giving God your whole life and discovering the reality, joy, peace, freedom, feelings and experiences that come with truly knowing God. We often believe this is a one-time decision, but it is a practice we must regularly engage in to keep our spiritual fervor.”
👉🏼In order to grow in God, we have to surrender— instead of straining to get somewhere, we just need to settle in where we are & do the best we can in that day, and allow God to work in us as we practice letting Him lead.
Each day we practice 🧘🏼♀️🙏🏼, we will grow a little more. 💕

Le café c'est FINI ! J'ai essayé de passer de mes cafés au lait avec du sucre à du café noir sans sucre afin de ne pas rompre mon jeûne pendant la journée.
J'ai toujours détesté le café noir, mais il y'a 30 jours j'ai voulu voir si je pouvais modifier mon goût. Donc j'ai choisis de boire deux cafés par jour le matin et le midi.
Pendant la premiere semaine, j'ai trouvé ça horrible.
A la deuxième semaine, j'ai commencé à apprécier légèrement le goût.
A la troisième semaine, mon goût je pouvais boire ça sans problème. J'étais super content ! Moi, Gaëtan, Amateur de café noir ? L'idée me plaisait.
A partir de la quatrième semaine: Catastrophe !
Mon corps ne supportait plus le café, après chaque gorgée, chaque tasse, chaque jour, je trouvais ça de plus en plus dégouttant. Au point d'avoir de ne plus du tout réussir à finir mes verres tellement j'avais du mal le boire.
Là les 5 derniers jours j'ai jeté mon café sans l'avoir fini. Je suis content de mon expérience, même si j'ai l'impression d'avoir échoué ma transition vers le café noir.
Mon goût n'est pas prêt de changer, en tout cas pour le café.
Bref, le café, c'est fini pour moi, tant que je suis ma diète qui consiste à jeûner tous les jours jusqu'à 17h00.

Yea great my abs are starting to show. As much as I’m excited and truly happy it ain’t shit. When I look at my past pictures I got a long ways to go. This week my course of action is to put in at least 2-3 miles of cardio Monday - Friday after my full body workout and continue to not eat any solid food just protein shakes. On the weekend to put in as much cardio I can and after eat my one meal. I need to get my stomach more tighter. I want these abs to shine. I don’t know if I’m being to harsh on myself but the hardest critic is urself. I want to see what this next weeks progress picture will come out to be like. It’s fun making progress cause once u see results it becomes a addiction 😎💪
🌱🌱 When I have a lot of work to do and I need to stay mentally alert, I don’t eat till after at least 1pm and try to keep my before dinner meals light and raw. It’s a tip I picked up years ago from reading The Warrior Diet by @orihofmekler It’s not for everyone, for instance Nicola finds it very difficult to focus without breakfast. But for me it works well and keeps me in an energetic ‘hustle’ mode.
Today I’m breaking my fast with a snack of fruit, nuts, and carrots with roasted kumara and butternut hummus 😊 Happy Monday y’all!

👉🏼I am Amazed that I have progressed this much- I still feel like a super-tight pretzel 🥨 most of the time when I practice, but the difference here in my Hips & my posture make me smile 😃!
🧘🏼♀️ I truly Love yoga - similar to how my husband @cclementson21 Loves golf 🏌️ (that’s the best analogy I can come up with right now) —-> meaning I look forward to practicing & want to practice as much as I can. I practiced for 90min this morning & cant wait to do more this evening ☺️💕
