CARDIO DAY !!! 💪🏼🏃🏼♀️ I walked 1 mile on a 5 incline at 4 speed, then ran a mile on 0 incline at 8.5 (7:03 mile again), walked 1/2 mile on a 5 incline at 4 speed, ran 1/2 mile at 8.5 speed, then finished to 45 minutes by walking on an incline of 5 and speed 4. kinda confusing, sorry :/ just a 1 and 1/2 mile run today bc my legs have been pretty sore.
Soo today was supposed to be a rest day especially since my left hip has been achy/cramping all day BUT..I can't just sit still anymore, something has happened to my ability to rest and it turns me into grump 😳. So I decided to go at least get a couple miles walked out which ended up including some running because walking was too slow..bwahaha, I'm impatient at times.
