Tataki Wagyu strips, kingfish ceviche, salmon carpaccio, hoisin duck crepe, one-side seared tuna, sashimi blue cheese pizza, spicy tuna taco, chilli mayo prawn slider, chilli margarita.
Lots of delicious raw fish and fresh ingredients. The chilli prawn slider had a nice, slow building heat which was really good. Portion sizes were on the small size, so while it was good, it was not very filling.
Least favourite dish of the night was the pizza; the texture of the base was a bit tough and it tasted overwhelmingly of wasabi mayo. I didn't have any of the blue cheese as I'm not a fan, so maybe it would've been more balanced with the addition of the cheese.
