Los regalos son otra forma cariñosa de abrazarnos. Una manera distinta de decir “te quiero” o “me importas”.
Hoy, una amiga que no veía hace meses, me trajo de regalo estas mandarinas, del árbol de su casa. Yo sé que cuando queremos, estamos llenos de detalles... nada más quería celebrarlo.

Inzwischen spüre ich bei mir Verstimmungen und unangenehme Gefühle sehr stark körperlich. Ich glaube je mehr ich Erfüllung, Freude und Liebe empfinden kann desto sensibler werde ich auch für die anderen Besucher 😉
Das geht los beim Kloß im Hals bis zum verkrampften Solarplexus, und Engegefühle auf dem Weg dazwischen. Heute waren wieder ein paar dieser Besucher da, ausgelöst durch Gedanken und Sorgen die ich mir gemacht habe. Ich hab gar nicht mehr gemerkt wie ich gegen sie gekämpft habe, denn im Endeffekt leiden wir nur daran, dass wir uns für unsere Gedanken und Gefühle bewerten oder gar abwerten und sie somit ablehnen.
Ich hab dann mal versucht ihnen mit Gleichmut zu begegnen und sofort hat sich was entspannt..echt unglaublich. Ich werde das weiter üben und mich auch ein wenig mehr mit der Vipassana Technik auseinander setzen. Ich bin gespannt😊💕 Danke liebe @kirasiefert für die Folge💛🙏

Sit for a bit and #meditate properly! It does not have to be for an hour. You don't even have to set a timer. Just take a moment to properly observe the present moment -- seeing how all physical and mental phenomena which arises, surely will pass away on its own. This phenomena does it on its own! It is conditioned to do so!

Simplesmente perceba sua respiração, permitindo que ela aconteca naturalmente. Caso sua mente vá para longe, não se preocupe nem se julgue, quando perceber volta a prestar atenção na respiração.

I read something interesting that should once heard ring true for the reader: School never really focused on teaching me perspective: sight and body, light and dark, senses, and brain tricks we call perspective and reality.
This is true unless you were an art or architect student.
Why is perspective so important?
First and foremost it teaches you to understand your senses in what they are now dictating to you as reality as defined by your exposure to it. Not to discount it to buy whatever is most popularly said and touted as true.
If they had done so the majority of people would not have or continue to fall for the oh so many hoaxes we once believed and are still actively taught.
It would not be so easy to manipulate the people's by poisoned water, food, air, sublimated messages, frequencies, endless wars, fear, and an endless range of trickery.
No! We would have been thinkers and designers as well as participants in a much saner world of thought and dimension.
This is why they make learning the maths and sciences so difficult and history and politics so "easy". If you ever truly master perspective you'd master most likely Imagination - Your Imagination; and a slave no more would you be.

So I’ve been thinking about thinking... Can you tell? 🙃 This year I’ve made a concerted effort to cultivate awareness of the present moment. By stepping back from the mind, I find space, and here I experience a sense of calm, tranquility and joy. Without unnecessary mind activity, ideas and inspiration flow into this space, and if I choose, I can express them in whatever form they may take, using this vessel I perceive as my body.
Thinking most certainly has it’s place, I am very grateful for the experience of having a mind with which to think. But as I start to learn how to use thought, rather than being led by it, I feel a peace and contentment that I rarely experienced in my life thus far. Yoga, Meditation and spending time in Nature are all activities that have allowed me to harness my mind and open me up to the wonderful dimension that is here and now :)

Vipassana- Dhamma Vipula 10 day meditation course. Upon arrival I had to hand in my mobile, valuables, passport and any form of distraction (music, book, pen, paper etc). Right away you are to practice noble silence and not make eye contact with anyone for 10 days. I take a look at the schedule and question what the hell I got myself into. I look in the dining hall and see that they really take this serious, as we all face the wall to eat in order to avoid eye contact or urge to talk to others. We are to do no form of exercise other than a walk around the garden path which we have the opportunity to do so twice a day. The bed was a thin cushion on a hard table top, comfort...what is that? Was I in a meditation course or jail 🤔 After all said and done I can honestly say I’m am proud I completed the course as it an incredible experience and hope to keep the form of dhamma in my life. Vipassana meditation is the bomb! The first time I went to a retreat a lady there told me she has gone 10 times...I was shocked because sitting there 10 hours a day for 10 days is damn hard. When I got home from the retreat it slowly started making sense. Each time you go peels away layers & you learn something different each time. Now Im thinking of going on my 4th retreat. In silence is power...everyone has shit to deal with & it takes pulling many layers away to see. The truth hurts but it also sets you free.
