My phone is all out of whack and telling me I have ZERO storage left. So last night I went on a frantic photo deleting spree (I mean, why do I need 4,000+ photos?) and came across this gem. Forgot how good this bowl is! Yummy buffalo cauliflower with all the pickled veggies (ever tried pickled celery?) all over a bed of quinoa. You know I’m all about my PB & berry sandwiches, but one day last week, I woke up 10 minutes before I usually leave for work 😳 So it was a very grab-and-get the eff out situation 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ and lunch was my own PB & bread with a couple jelly packets from the café 🥜🍇 The jelly wasn’t all natural (and - are you sitting down? - had high fructose corn syrup 😮🤭😂), but it was a necessity that day ⏱ Plus, it was SO GOOD 🤩 PB & J is classic for a reason 💜 Here’s to an awesome FRIDAY! It feels like it’s been the longest week ever and I’m really looking forward to the weekend 🤸♀️

refunding my love for BIG breakfasts recently rather than always reaching for fruit/ cereal bars/ toast on the go😬😬 i'm thinking of making porridge/ oats because i see em so much on my feed but i have never made them before??? idk what puts me off, maybe i'm scared i won't like them or that they'll be a massive faff and not that yummy?? any tips or suggestions greatly appreciated!!!
