Johnny was recently told that his test results were too high in animal protein and sodium and thus the chronic kidney stone problem. Even though I eat alot of vegetables...I still eat meat. We will be switching from meat protein to vegetable and I am interested to see how our bodies respond. Stay tuned 😄

🌌 Seasoned mushrooms
🌍 Seasoned mixed veg (French beans, sweetcorn, carrots, peas)
🔮 Seasoned onions (red & white) with THREE HUGE garlic cloves 😁😃 Onions and garlic cleanse out our body. They clear out our blood stream.
This meal is basically vegan although for myself I cooked the mushrooms and onions with butter and chili oil 🌶 BUT if you want it to be #vegan just use an oil of your choice.
Today is a house cleaning, body/hair washing, soul cleansing day.
Everything gets cleaned and that's why my meal today has to be for me enjoyable as well as knowingly cleaning my insides and doing love for my body. If your going to do things.... DO IT WELL 💪🏾 🌌
