It’s been a while since I made protein bars and I’ve been looking for a healthy snack to take with me to college. I always need to have snacks with me, especially in lectures when I need brain fuel to help keep me focused! 🤓📝📚
So I made these 🍫Peanut Butter Protein Bars🍫 covered with a chocolate layer to satisfy my chocolate cravings! I love having snacks like this between meals and it’s nice to have in the fridge when I need a quick breakfast to take with me on the go for those crazy busy mornings! 🏃🏻♀️♥️
I’m still taking part in @vegateam_uk One Tub Test, so I’m using their Essentials Nutritional Powder in Vanilla which is completely plant-based 🌿 gluten-free and sweetened naturally 🍃 It’s low in sugars and high in fibre and omega-3 essential fatty acids. Hello 👋🏽😄!!!!! I wanted a treat since I’m off work today and came across these DELICIOUS banana 🍌 smoothie pancakes made with oat flour!!! I made a little addition to the recipe by adding a scoop of #Vegaprotein powder. I found the recipe on @thebigmansworld blog. Yummy, yummy, 😋!!!
One of my fav things to eat after a good pump is a protein smoothie bowl since it’s filled with both the carbs and protein required for the recovery/muscle building process aka to maximize those gains 💪. This simple yet delicious vanilla protein bowl has been one of my go-to recipes lately! Not only is it full of your essential nutrients, but it also tastes a lot like vanilla ice cream 😎 🌱RECIPE: • 3/4 cup frozen bananas • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple • 1 scoop @vega_team Vanilla Sport Performance Protein powder • 1/2 cup coconut water • toppings of choice (fruits, granola, nuts, seeds…) I always use chia and hemp seeds for their provision of Omega-3s, raw cacao nibs as they are high in antioxidants as well as for an added crunch, and whatever fresh fruit I have on hand!
The frozen bananas are what gives it the thick ice cream-like consistency but it may be hard to blend, so if anything just add a bit more coco or filtered water in order to ease the process ☺️

@vega_team I saw this I had to try it I can say it is a really good tasting protein shake. I just tried it with a little almond milk the taste was on point. A repeat customer for sure.
Plus it is always nice to have a protein that is plant based and will benefit someone who is sensitive to dairy (like me).
Vanilla is the ugly step child of protein, let's be real. To dress it up, green tea matcha soy milk, the silk cashew low sugar milk, cardamom power, black sesame seeds, and blueberries. 1 scoop vanilla protein
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
a bit of almond milk

I've recently been trying to include more protein in my diet. I love the idea of protein powder but i can't stand the chalkyness that it normally has. I found a smoothie which is my new love ❤️ ( swipe to see my smoothie )
Almond milk ( I used unsweetened vanilla )
1 scoop of @vega_team vanilla protein and greens powder
1 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
Maple syrup to give just a little more sweetness.
1 handful of ice.
Blend it all together and wham! It's like a healthy peanut butter cup.
