As many of you may know, I was originally a gas but now I am atom. Many people told me I couldn’t do it but I stuck to my grind and became an atom! Since then I have learned that life is what you make of it. My next step is to die all together!! #vegan#veganwightlifting#veganweightlossjourney#atomislife

Nature’s gifts to us are basically all forms of fruit 😍🌱 (except jackfruit... I really can’t do raw jackfruit 😂) these are just a few snacks I’ve gathered for my long round the world flight! I already ate one of my veggie sandwiches sitting here waiting to board our first flight so hopefully it’s all enough for us 🤓 but, we have a life time supply of protein bars in my backpack in case of emergency 🚑 BLOG COMIN AT YOU SOON (perfect airplane snacks 👌🏼🌱) Until that’s written, head over to my blog to get your FREE copy of my iBook 💪🏼😍 The link is in my bio and it will be sent to you immediately ! (And it’s all tips for healthy living, and who doesn’t need a lil more of that in their life? 👅)
Alrighty... 135 lbs... it’s not a horrible number by any means. It seems like I gained very quickly though. It doesn’t feel the same as when I was 135 while on a healthy diet. It feels icky. I don’t know how else to describe it. My clothes are starting to be too tight and it’s really got me down. I would like my goal weight to be around 120-125. To me the number sounds low but I’m 5’3” and have a petite frame so that’s my normal.
I didn’t do any gym stuff last time. I’m thinking about trying to add it in this time. I feel so nervous about it though. I guess I feel like people are going to be looking at me funny at the gym because I have no idea what I’m doing. Haha!
Freezer meals are awesome when healing from surgery. I made 4 servings each of 4 recipes and froze them in individual containers knowing I wouldn’t be able to cook or feel like it when healing. Every single surgery or broken bone I have healed from in the past I have fallen off the wagon for. I started letting myself have more and more treats because I was angry or sad or just in pain and I wanted food to comfort me. And that led to more and more weight gain. Never again. I’m not saying I won’t fall off. Do you know how much jello and bread I’ve had this week? 😂 I’m not letting this stop me or ruin my progress this time. I am up 5 pounds on the scale. It could be swelling and bloating. I haven’t been drinking as much water or nearly any, actually, and my digestive system is definitely off. The drugs they gave me at the hospital kind of messed with me and they said it would take a while to get back. Probably will when I start eating my kale salads again 😂 but anyway I’m not worried about that 5 pounds. I highly doubt I gained 5 pounds of fat by eating two packs of jello and a loaf of bread over a 4 day period. And if it is, well I’ve lost 5 pounds before and I can do it again. Nevertheless, here’s my healthy meal prepped lunch. Recipe is Vegan Indian Butter “Chicken” from @veganricha ‘s blog. 😋 .
IM GOING TO MF AMSTERDAM! 😍 This has been the actual craziest few days ever but it’s all so worth it and so exciting now that things are settling and fun is happening 🤘🏼 I’ll be a busy bee 🐝 but will make time to share, update, and blog while traveling 🛩 For starters, a blog on food to take while traveling/flying will be on the list 👌🏼✨ I can’t wait to share my adventures with you guys! This is gonna be a crazy 2 week European adventure 😻
Finally back down from 204 pounds. Though I haven't gone completely animal product free I have been following a #vegetarian diet for about two weeks (a little tuna here and there to keep me going but let's not talk about that). And. Look. At. The. #results .. I've been stuffing my face with #wholefood like carrots and melons and rasins and broccoli and DID YOU SEE THAT PITA SAMMICH YESTERDAY?
AND I'VE LOST WEIGHT. I feel lighter. My stomach isnt always bloated and gross. It's a beauiful thing.
So I’ve officially been eating better for 1 week now and this is the result! What’s on the scale isn’t everything but at least it’s a good indication that your body is happy and you’re doing something right!
Want to know the best perfect delicious amazing healthy snack ever ?!?! Look no further 😏 dates + peanut butter = the best combo ever (and also great when needing to up carbs and fat real easily 🤘🏼) I’m seriously obsessed and when I eat them sometimes it takes every fiber of my being to not smile ear to ear like a crazy person cause I’m seriously THAT excited to be eating them 😂😂😂😂
