Seriously y'all I've been wanting to go to @tbcvegan for like 3 years now and it was WORTH. THE. WAIT. 👐 look at this raspberry white chocolate donut!!! Insanity. Also had a peanut butter cream filled one, just as good. Such a huge selection of donuts it was so hard to decide but I think we got the very best ones!
[shirt will be on sale soon!] Just had an outstanding meal @fridasstl . I had their Frida Burger and Seitan Steak wrap. If you all didn’t know, I have YouTube channel where I show off cool vegan restaurants from around the country. Think of it like the vegan version of Guy Fieri’s show. I will have the video from today uploaded next week! Just search Veggie Pilot on YouTube to find it.
I can’t stop watching this video, it’s so beautiful and i’m praying this baby makes it through the night 🙏🏼 #Repost @minovalleyfarmsanctuary
I can’t even believe it but this little baby has just been born. We didn’t even think Coco was pregnant! We rescued her over four years again when the farmer wanted to slaughter her because she kept having miscarriages and losing the baby. He said she was useless to him because he only wanted her to make babies that he would sell for meat. He was going to kill her but when our vet brought her to me instead. And now she’s just given birth. The baby is absolutely tiny and very weak. She can’t even stand up right now. We are administering emergency treatment and doing everything we can to help her. Please god let this little one be ok. I had to help mum clean her up because she aspirated birthing fluids during delivery. We had to suck all the fluid from her nose and mouth just so she could breathe. I thought she was dead. But she’s alive. And she’s a fighter. Coco is being an amazing mum. It’s the most beautiful thing. Now we have to get back to helping baby but I’ll keep you all updated. Pray for her 🙏🏽 @minovalleyfarmsanctuary
Zebras 🐾 in their natural habitat 🍃 .
This picture was taken during a walking tour in the Okavango Delta, Botswana. We had to get there in a mokoro 🛶 -a boat carved from the wood of an African ebony tree.
We had a terrifying encouter with a hippo @yazzmanazz. When I noticed that our mokoro 'driver' was getting very worried (as the hippo was swimming towards our boat), for the first and only time in my life, I thought that it could be it for me. That's how it could end.
The hippo is the most dangerous large land animal in Africa. I felt powerless, but yet, amazed by the protective instinct of this animal for its baby.
Luckily, I am still very much alive and loved my Okavango Delta experience and would do it all over again. 🦏🍃 #vegantraveler#bigplans

Look at this scramble! 👀😍 It's healthy, very filling and #vegan . I posted about it a while back but it deserves one more look.
sautee one clove garlic, 1/2 diced onion, 1/2 bell pepper, one chopped leaf kale and one roma tomato deseeded in EVOO
then add 2 oz drained/pressed tofu and scrambled it up - also add a precooked grain (I had black rice), quinoa would have been good too
season with turmeric, chili powder, cumin, lime juice
top with diced avocado and serve over a vegan tortilla ❤❤

Many people have asked for good vegan travel supplement suggestions. I packed a bunch while I’m in St. Louis for over a week. @vega_team @papasteves @risebar @clifbar These are the best vegan snacks on the market right now. None of this is paid sponsorship. Instead it’s my personal endorsement. By the way I’m hitting up @fridasstl tomorrow to try their food! Please comment any other good vegan spots to check out while I’m in #stlouis

The old city of Ljubljana is just amazing!
Can't wait to explore more of it during the next months :)
You can see the castle hill in the backdrop and the river Ljubljanca that's packed with bars, cafes and restaurants.. looking forward to chill at the riverside in spring!! #slovenija#ljubljana#ljubljanica
You guys - I got the best pomegranate ever. It weighed about 5 pounds and gave me 4 cups of perfect sweet juicy seeds. So....... here's another pomegranate post. 😍
This was simple and delicious. Blend together 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 handful of pomegranate arils, one chopped apple, 2-3 frozen bananas and 1 cm square of ginger root. I topped mine with more pomegranate and slices of mango. 🍌
Where are the pomegranate and mango emojis?? The food community needs them ASAP. 😂
🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋🍊🍋 Citrus, citrus everywhere in Spain, especially Valencia! These mandarin and lemon trees were growing in the courtyard of the original center of commerce for Valencia, which was about 1,000 years old. The building/castle was incredible inside and I’ll share photos of that soon! If you could have a mandarin or lemon tree in your yard, which would you choose?
