Forget the rutabagas and potatoes and even the fondue pot. My Vegan Cheese Fondue is made with, yep, vegan cheese in a gratin dish in the mic, perfect for two people bit easily multiplied.
Otherwise, it is a classic recipe, complete with a raw cut garlic clove to rub the inside of the dish.
We made it for Valentine's Day, but it was so quick and easy, you can enjoy it any weeknight.
Posted this dinner last night on my facebook but forgot ig. Husband made black bean sweet potatoe bowls with a raspberry Chile sauce.
I don’t like spice so i opted out of the sauce but it was delicious! Go on pintrest and look up vegan meals. That’s where we get our meal ideas from ☺️
honestly, who cares about what the name is ?? the only thing that ACTUALLY matters is that innocent animals don’t have to die for food.

In my happy place: outdoors (on a mountain), with mah guy, in new workout gear (s/o @gymshark and all the incredible women I follow who rep it) 😛 | Goodbye, Colorado—you’ve been amazing. ⛰🌿 Skiing, hiking, spending time with family, falling in love more every day; its all been a dream and making the return to “real life” tomorrow dreadful. But it’s taught me this: the passion for adventure and ability to live 🌟presently🌟I find in myself while on vacation... it’s always there. Gotta remember to slow down more while here in LA and find that time to breathe, let everything else go, and just be in the moment. It is so much easier said than done, but making this a focus for the next few weeks 🙌 also such a great reminder how important it is and how happy it makes me to be outside, and be active every single day. 🏃♀️🌿
