Raw vegan cheesecakes have me like 😮. I went to my first ever ball the other day (science ball) and had my first ever fine dining experience. It was a great experience but I think I’ll stick to Nando’s in the future. The vegan option wasn’t the best but they did get some extra points for this incredible raw cheesecake. Definitely the best one I have ever tasted 😋
Desserts from the weekend included one sticky chocolate praline torte and one calzone with banana, raspberries and a strawberry/raspberry coulis 😍

Give yourself some motivation 💪🏻 this Monday 📆 and indulge 😋 in Chewy No Bake Energy Bites from #Nutriseed :
1 cup Nutriseed Whole Grain Porridge Oats
¼ cup Nutriseed Almond Butter
¼ cup honey
¼ cup raisin
¼ cup chopped Nutriseed Walnuts
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
salt, to taste (optional)
Mix the Nutriseed Whole Grain Porridge Oats, Nutriseed Almond Butter and honey in a large bowl.
Add raisins, Nutriseed Walnuts, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix.
Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
