Chia pudding looks a little alien 👽but tastes sooooo good. Plus, chia seeds are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and protein, so it keeps us full all morning. 👌🏼 This bowl is a blend of tropical fruits and coconut milk, mixed with chia seeds and refrigerated overnight. Super easy to make and even easier to top with pretty blueberries, almond slivers, and banana slices. 🍍🍌☺️

Being loved and to love others, I am so worthy of being myself and accepting it in a society that shames uniqueness. I CAN laugh at myself and embarrass myself because I don’t take myself too seriously. No one in life is competition. You are in one body. You have one life so don’t waste the time hating yourself so much. YOU are a temple of positive energy that can be so friggin powerful if you choose to use it. Learn how to! this vanilla chia seed pudding with date caramel layered through might be the best thing I’ve made in a little while!
VANILLA CHIA PUDDING:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup homemade coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut sugar
blend until smooth and then let it chill in the refrigerator while you prepare your date caramel
SMALL BATCH DATE CARAMEL:
1/3 cup deglet noor dates (soaked in warm water for 10 mins if they’re dry — you could also use medjool dates)
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp almond butter
a splash of water + a pinch of pink Himalayan salt
blend until smooth (I left it a little lumpy because it’s tough blending small batches of date caramel). I then transferred the caramel into a small metal bowl and popped it in the freezer so it could firm up. I recommend doing this!
Once everything has thickened up after cooling, layer the pudding and the caramel throughout a jar and enjoy!
Moved house so late dinner today! Here's some textured soy protein with red lentils, onions, green peppers, red kidney beans, mushrooms and green beans with fajita seasoning, tomato purée and topped with some Tesco free from sour cream - whew! Lotta ingredients today 🍅

Es lässt einen manchmal den Glauben an das Gute im Menschen verlieren, wenn manche im Angesicht dieser Videos nur absolute Gleichgültigkeit oder gar Gelächter übrig haben. Da bleibt einem nur die Hoffnung, dass dies eine Schutzreaktion auf diese Horrorfilme der Realität sind 😢 trotz allem hatten meine Freunde von Anonymous for the voiceless viele gute Unterhaltungen. Und ich auch 5 Stück am Ende :). Neuer Rekord von insgesamt 80 ❤
🇬🇧A picture of me from the last cube of truth in Hannover. I have to say that this one was really hard for me. Just met so many ignorant people without any empathy. It makes you lose faith in the good in people, when some of them just don't care or laugh about these videos. I just hope that this is a protection response to these horrorfilms 😢 but although my friends from anonymous for the voiceless had many good conversations! And in the end I also had five good conversations :) we broke a new record of 80 total. -
