Was looking through my old workouts for motivation and found this gem. The name of the game is to pick 3 exercises targeting different body parts but effective compound movements. Here I’m doing squats, pushups, and burpees☠️ -
You do the exercises in a circuit, starting with 1 rep each and going all the way to 10 reps. Here I’m in the middle at 7 reps and then 8 reps. Once you get to around 6 reps each you will start dying like I did😂😩 -
I also did a circuit of reverse pull-ups, chest press, and jump squats. Then a circuit of abs: toe touches, throw downs, Russian twists. -

6 weeks went by too fast, we had so much fun and I'm gonna miss all of it, even my workout space though it can get too hot and humid, I loved that I have a space to do my thing..💪👊 it also kept me accountable because I can't say that I have no space to get my workout done..🤔🤗 we were here for 42 days and I registered 20 workouts..better than nothing right..?!? .
I'm gonna be out for a little bit, with my workout that is, because we will have so much traveling to do to get home..🏡🚗✈️ I will see you guys at home in my next workout..👊

It's a bittersweet day for us..🤔😞 it's our last day here with our family, and we are packing away with all the things we're bringing back home..🏡✈️
I brought all the important necessities with us and I'm so glad I didn't leave my laptop behind. It has been my medium here so I can stay in track with my workout 👉 laptop +📶 + space + #morningcrack + BOD = no EXCUSES of not working out..👊👍 being a coach has truly helped keeping myself accountable in my own journey..💪 I show up when I can even when not ideal or on vacation because I want to show myself and YOU that it's possible..you just gotta set aside ALL excuses, I mean ALL excuses and do it..👊 it helps to plan everything from the workout clothes you're going to wear and the program to follow, and in my case since I couldn't bring other equipment, BOD gives me a ton of programs that only use body weight..💪it really can be done, I share my ups and downs in this journey hoping to inspire you who wants to start or stay in your own journey and keep it as a lifestyle..👍🤗
As I do my last workout on this vacation, I hope you also find a way to do so today and to just keep going no matter what it takes..enjoy the ride 🎢, celebrate small or big victories 🙌, learn from failures and setbacks, and don't worry too much about the destination..🤗 .
Friday workout done first thing in the morning and it was intense, 30 minutes of heart pumping moves..!! 👊👊 I've heard people and have also told me that they cannot do it in the morning because they are too tired to get up early and do a workout, or it's just nice to sleep in..🤔 .
I am not a morning person either..you will often find me hustling at night as late as I can when all is quiet and calm..I am just more of a night person..😁
But waking up earlier than I want to is the only way I can get this done, before the craziness of the day begins..it's a little temporary uneasiness of making that decision to wake up early, but the reward in the end is well worth it..👍👊 a sound mind, more energy, feeling of accomplishment, happiness, and I can keep going..👍
I can give myself credit for making that decision but one thing I'm so thankful for is the group of ladies in my health group who keep me accountable every single day..as a coach, I have a responsibility to show up for them, but in return they keep me more accountable than they ever know..🤗 it's a two way street for us and I love that about our group, we keep pushing each other..👭 I invite you to check us out, how we help each other out in this journey because if it wasn't for them, I may have quit a long time ago..👍 our group is always open and we will start another one on March 4th, just message me and we'll talk more about it..👍👭
💦CARDIO DAY💦 Sweating out some major Sangria today!!
Started my morning with some Bulletproof Coffee and pre-workout ketones to get my mind and body moving so I could crush this sweat sesh!!
My stair climber interval workout is on my IG story and is the same one I would do for some of my cardio during my last Bikini Comp prep💪🏼Catch it before it disappears!👀
Outdoor workouts are my favorite! 🙌🏽 I love getting my Vitamin D while getting my sweat session on ⚡️And you can seriously workout anywhere 👏🏽 I’m using a diving board here 🤷🏽♀️ so seriously anything goes! This diving board ( or park bench or picnic table) can be used for so many exercises! Pushups. Step ups. ‘Box’ jumps. Dips. Mountain climbers. Ab exercises ( so many of them!). Squat + step ups + squat. The list goes on. 📝 Oh and what am I wearing?? That’s my 8lb weighted vest to add some resistance 🔥

Working out while on vacation... did a Zumba class yesterday and have been taking the bike everywhere! Did some kayaking yesterday too! Love the active lifestyle I have down here! #workout#vacationworkout#weightlossjourney
My row this morning was BAD! I have really let my rowing slack but Im on vacation and I woke up and showed up. Now to anxiously wait the first @wheelwod announcement tomorrow and relax a little. @kevinogar @crossfit Podcast did help a little.
