Via #UrbanizeLA >> Beverly Hills-based #KrugerDevelopmentGroup is bringing a #HiltonTruHotel to #Inglewood , according to an initial study currently under review by the city's Planning Division.
The project, slated for an L-shaped site at 11111 S. Prairie Avenue, would consist of as six-story building featuring 120 guest rooms above parking for 118 vehicles. Plans also call for open-space amenities such as a roof deck, a fitness center, and various gaming spaces in the hotel's lobby.

Hilton's Tru brand is "intended to appeal to a 'Millennial' mindset by providing modern design, public spaces for working and socializing, and advanced technologies such as mobile check-ins," according to the project's initial study.
Construction of the hotel could begin by July 2018 and last approximately 14 months. The project site is currently vacant after the demolition of former warehouses and apartment buildings in August 2017.
If built, the hotel would stand less than one mile south of the massive development site where a new stadium for the Los Angeles #Rams and #Chargers is now under construction, in conjunction with a slew of residential and commercial buildings. Also proposed nearby is a new venue for the Los Angeles #Clippers , including retail, offices, a practice facility and an 18,000-seat arena.
